Dongguan Suntecc Technology Co., Ltd. is a vertically integrated cable assembly and connector manufacturer, proudly backed by 30 years of TC&C Taiwan engineering heritage. Founded as TC&C Electronics Co., Ltd. in Taiwan in 1995, our Dongguan manufacturing facility was established in 2007 to meet the growing global demand for high-speed interconnect solutions.
We specialize in the design, development, and production of PCIe 5.0/6.0 cable assemblies, MCIO (SFF-TA-1016), SlimSAS (SFF-8654), OCuLink (SFF-8611), USB, SATA, and custom high-speed twinax cable assemblies for AI servers, GPU servers, data centers, and enterprise storage systems.
With over 300 employees, a 500,000+ monthly production capacity, and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 certified facilities, we deliver consistent quality and reliable supply chain performance to customers worldwide.

12-Step Manufacturing Process
Every Suntecc cable assembly follows a rigorous 12-step manufacturing process — from raw material inspection to final packaging — ensuring consistent quality and reliability at every stage.
Our process includes: incoming material inspection → wire preparation → connector assembly → soldering / crimping → impedance tuning → mechanical assembly → electrical testing → signal integrity validation → environmental stress screening → visual inspection → packaging → final QC audit.
