For NVIDIA H100/H200 HGX platforms, the primary cable is PCIe 6.0 CEM to MCIO 8X x2 (model T1070I7J12504). This connects the GPU baseboard to the PCIe switch or CPU riser. For 800G network adapters, we also supply MCIO 8X and MCIO 16X 124P assemblies. Send us your platform layout and we'll recommend the exact configuration.

Yes. Suntecc validates PCIe 6.0 cables in-house using Keysight ENA E5080B network analyzers (100 kHz – 53 GHz). We measure impedance (85Ω ±5%), insertion loss, return loss and eye diagram compliance. In our 3DMark bandwidth test, Suntecc PCIe 5.0 x16 riser cables achieved 62 GB/s (97% efficiency) — among the highest in the market.

For PCIe 6.0 (64 GT/s), we recommend ≤500mm for optimal signal integrity. For PCIe 5.0 (32 GT/s), lengths up to 1 meter are achievable with proper impedance control. Longer lengths are possible with signal conditioning — contact our engineering team for DFM feedback on your specific requirements.

For U.2/U.3 NVMe drives, use our SFF-8639 to SFF-8643 cables (model T1070E9681801). These support NVMe, SAS and SATA protocols with hot-swap capability. For multi-drive JBOD enclosures, use SlimSAS SFF-8654 8X with fanout to SFF-8643 or SATA connectors.

SFF-8654 / SlimSAS is optimized for enterprise storage (JBOD, RAID, NVMe enclosures) with SAS/PCIe dual-protocol support. MCIO is designed for compact AI server internal routing where space is constrained. Choose SFF-8654 for storage backplanes; choose MCIO for GPU/accelerator interconnects.

Yes. Suntecc supports full OEM/ODM services including custom length, right-angle / side-bend connectors, wire gauge (30AWG/32AWG), LSZH/PVC jacket, EMI shielding, labeling and co-branding. MOQ starts from 100 units for standard configs. Send your drawing or BOM for DFM review.

Standard samples: 7-10 business days. Custom samples: 2-3 weeks depending on complexity. Volume production: 3-4 weeks after sample approval. For urgent needs, contact us for expedited options.
